Happy 2010…It’s Time for More Zen!

Ok…so the title is a little corny, but isn’t it true? Instead of making pressure laden “resolutions”, how about approaching it by asking yourself: what will bring more peace into my life? Or how can I adopt more positive habits?
Say you want to exercise more often, then state what it is you want to do, how often, and for how long. For example: I want to walk for 30-minutes when I get home from work on Tuesdays & Thursdays for the next 3 weeks. Be specific and make reasonable and attainable habits. Then tell a friend and have them hold you accountable. It is known that it takes 3 weeks to change a habit. So choose 1 thing you want to change and just do it consistently for 3 weeks & you’ll be well on your way to a healthier, happier, sexier you.

Heck, come to yoga class for the next 3 weeks and experience the unexpected changes! Hope to see you in class tonight! Oh, and don’t forget to celebrate once you’ve adopted your new habit(s)!
