My sleep schedule is all backwards! I’m able to fall asleep at 11pm but then I wake up at 1am and can’t go back to sleep. I realized that 11pm in LA time is 3pm Bali time–my nap time! It’s been like this for the 2nd night now. My plan is to be up for the next 24 hours and I figure that should set me straight. Any suggestions? In the meantime, I’m going to google suggestions for jet lag.
eeek! I just read on several sites that it takes 1 day for every time zone you cross to get over your jet lag! I crossed 16 time zones!
